Final Week Photos

Dear Parents,

Wow!  What a busy last week we had in Kindergarten!  We were able to squeeze two days worth of ocean activities into a very busy week!  Thank you to Samantha's mom for making us a yummy ocean treat to have with our lunch! We also went "fishing" with pretzels to see how many goldfish we could catch.  We worked together to search the classroom for addition cards to fill in our math page.  We celebrated Game Day since we earned another Boosterthon goal!  Wow!  What fun!

Wow!  Who knew the bus port could be transformed into a beach???  The kids had a blast playing at all the different water stations!  Thank you to all for donating the items to make this such a fun end-of-the-year event!

Thank  you so much for our end of year gifts!  The playground toys and huge container with hand prints will come in handy for the kids to take outside for recess!  What a cool idea!  Thank you, too, for the flowers and gift cards!  We are so lucky to do what we love!

Careers on Wheels

Dear Parents,

Today the students go to participate in "Careers on Wheels" Day organized by our wonderful school counselors!  Our class got to learn about many types of jobs that involve some form of transportation.  It was really exciting to hear how many different jobs there are that rely on four or more wheels to get the job done!  The kids loved the chance to see inside and even get inside of most of the vehicles!  Thank you to all who came today to share about their chosen career!

Field Day!

Field Day was a blast!  The kids had lots of fun at every station!  Thank you to our Room Moms, Julie Donselaar and Amy Clark for being our guides for the day and leading the kids through each activity and for all the moms who came to join in the fun!  We won two games of Tug-of-War...WUHOO!!!!
