Gimme 5

Dear Parents,
This week, March 30th – April 3rd, our school is participating in the Gimme 5 for Education campaign to raise funds for the Cobb Schools Foundation! The Cobb Schools Foundation is the only non-profit organization that supports all of our schools, staff & students in the Cobb County School District.

Students can participate in daily dress-up days in order for Kemp to raise as much money as possible for the Foundation and in return 50% of the funds come directly back to the school!!!  Simply have your child bring $1 for each dress-up day he/she would like to participate in.  This is a great way to raise money and have some fun!
Monday, March 30th  Got bed head . . . no problem! - Wear a hat to school day.
Tuesday, March 31st  Who has the silliest socks . . . lets see them!
Wednesday, April 1st  Its Hump Day, lets be Wacky! Wear your mismatched outfit.
Thursday, April 2nd  Join the crowd and donate: Kindergarten wear red,
Friday, April 3rd  Be a part of the team and wear your favorite teams jersey

Yahoo!!!  Way to go!!!  You Rock!!!

Thank you for supporting our wonderful school and for being a part of the Kemp Community!

We are truly blessed!

The kids have earned three incentives so far:

-30 minutes extra recess - 3/12
-Pajama Day!  -3/13
-lunch in the room and a movie - 3/16

Be sure to go online to

www.funrun.com

to register your child for a free gift!

Each afternoon, the Kindergarten kids get to meet with the Boosterthon Team and learn about positive character traits and how they play an important part in building a strong community:

Then the kids get recognized for registering and/or getting pledges and receive their prizes!

Thank you again for participating in this fundraiser and we hope you can join us next Wednesday, March 18th, at  11:30 on the back field as we cheer on our rocking running kiddos!
